It was an absolute pleasure to work with Clare from Home España over several months, searching for a second home in Spain. She was thorough, professional and has a solid knowledge of the local property market and area. Clare was always positive and proactive - no request was too much (and we had many!). She is a native English speaker as well as being fluent in Spanish, which made the whole process easier for us, as our Spanish is limited. I would highly recommend her services!Geplaatst op Google

Phil Lewis30 Oktober 2026Recently sold an apartment via HomeEspana. All the staff we dealt with were efficient, professional and friendly, we can't praise them highly enough. There are so many estate agents in the Costa Blanca it can be bewildering, but we're very happy we chose to go with HomeEspana.Geplaatst op Google

Elias Abdo15 September 2026We purchased our apartment in Jávea through HomeEspaña and had an excellent experience with the agency throughout the entire process. What was particularly important to us was the comprehensive support we received from start to finish. HomeEspaña coordinated all the key steps and communication between the bank, lawyers, notary, and developer, which made the entire purchasing process much smoother and more straightforward for us. After the registration, we were also personally supported during the handover of the apartment and received assistance in reporting and addressing all the small improvements and finishing touches that were needed. HomeEspaña also continued to support us with practical matters such as arranging the internet connection and furnishing the apartment. We never felt left on our own, even after the purchase had been completed. We are very grateful for the professional, reliable, and personal support we received throughout the whole process. A special thank you goes to Emma for her outstanding help and dedication! We would highly recommend HomeEspaña to anyone looking to purchase a property in Spain.Geplaatst op Google

We’re happy with the service from Home España. Valuation by Jade Legge was thorough and effective. Contract and details were provided for very quickly. Photos and videos taken, created and published within a day. Bex Coates was very kind and supportive, even booking time for us with MAM solicitors. Overall, highly professional!Geplaatst op Google
Phil Skilton11 September 2026What made it for us was that we put our house on the market then drove back to the UK. Jade came round explained what was going to happen and gave us a rough estimate of final costs. We had nothing to do. If there was a problem I contacted them and it was dealt with.
